18 arc-shaped corrugated grooves in impregnation area increase the contacting surface area with solution. Therefore, the anode plate has larger conductive area, enabling it to withstand greater current density. The depth of two outermost corrugated grooves is shallower than the others, producing a transition zone between impregnation and middle area so that we can ensure the anode plate not to be broken easily.
The middle area can be coated with antioxidants to improve the corrosion resistance and prolong service life.
