■ Since 1994, Our company has carried out technical cooperation with Japan MATEX Corporation and began to introduce technology to produce UHP graphite electrodes.

■In 1995, the first domestic producer of UHP400 graphite electrode, our products has replace  exported ones in Jiangyin Xingcheng Special Steel plant.

■In 1997, the first domestic producer of UHP450 graphite electrode,our products has replace exported ones in Baowu Steel plant.

■In 1998, the first domestic producer of UHP550 graphite electrode, our products has replace exported ones in Nanjing Steel plant.

■In 2002, the first domestic producer of UHP600 graphite electrode.

■In 2004, the first domestic producer of UHP700 graphite electrode.

■In June 2014, UHP650 graphite electrode was tested in Zhangjiagang Pohang successfully, where the sales volume of that is over 4,000 tons .

■In February 2015, Nantong Yangzi Carbon Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement of joint application for scientific research project of “Graphite anode for large magnesium electrolysis” with Salt Lake Magnesium and Salt Lake Co., Ltd based on the requirement of Qinghai Salt Lake Industry Co., Ltd to localizine the producing of graphite anode plate for large-scale magnesium electrolysis. Finally the project was accepted by the Qinghai science and technology department on May 23, 2019.

■In May 2019, our company signed a contract of graphite anode plates with Xinjiang Xiangyu New Material Technology Co., Ltd.

■In April, May and November in 2020 and in March in 2021, our company signed the graphite anode plate procurement contract with Luoyang Sunrui wanji Titanium Industry Co., Ltd.

■In August in 2020, our company signed the graphite anode plate procurement contract with Xinjiang Xiangrun New Material Technology Co., Ltd.

■In 2017, Nantong Yangzi Carbon Co., Ltd., Henan Xibao Metal Materials Group Co., Ltd. and Anshan Carbon Co., Ltd. jointly invested in the construction of Wulanchabu Xufeng Carbon Technology Co., Ltd., located in the right-wing Qianqi Tianpishan Xufeng Industrial Park, Chaha, Ulan Qab, Inner Mongolia. with an area of 387 acres. The registered capital is 450 million yuan and total investment is 1.9 billion yuan. The current phase has an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of UHP graphite electrode .

■On 8th April, 2021, Nantong Yangzi Carbon Co., Ltd. signed share transfer agreement with Xibao Metallurgical Material Group Co. Ltd. of Henan Province and Anshan Carbon Co., Ltd. respectively, now Nantong Yangzi Carbon Co., Ltd hold 60% shares of Wulanchabu Xufeng Carbon Technology Co., Ltd., and becomes the controlling shareholder of Wulanchabu Xufeng Carbon Technology Co., Ltd.
