3. Bidder qualifications
1. Legal persons or natural persons registered in the People's Republic of China shall submit the following qualification documents: (1) a copy of the bidder's business license: (2) a copy of the legal person ID card of the bidding unit; (3) a copy of the ID card of a natural person;

4. Bidding costs
1. The bidding unit shall pay the bidding fee of 100 yuan in the prescribed proportion of the bidding amount, submit it to the financial department of the bidding unit, and obtain the bidding documents from the company's comprehensive affairs department with the receipt of the bidding fee.
2. At the same time as the bidding unit sends the bidding document, it shall pay the deposit of 3000,<> yuan in cash, and the unsuccessful unit can return the deposit paid within <> days after the end of the bidding meeting.
V. Bidding Method:
The bidding unit shall seal the tender and related materials in a file bag, affix the official seal at the sealed place, and must deliver it to the company's comprehensive affairs department within the specified time for the bidding.
