1. The design and construction layout of the party building room of Nantong Yangtze Carbon Co., Ltd., 1 large room and 2 small rooms on site, the main content includes:

(3) Wall design of the obligatory content of Party members;
(4) The design of the content of the rights of Party members on the wall;
(5) The basic overview of the party committee is designed on the wall;
(6) Wall design of relevant system content in the party;

V. Qualification requirements for bidding units:
1. The unit participating in the bidding must be a legal person company with the business qualification of the People's Republic of China;
2. If the legal representative of two or more companies is the same person or one of the companies is the single largest shareholder of another company, they cannot apply to participate in this procurement project at the same time;
3. The business project is consistent with the content of the procurement target and has a good reputation as an independent legal person;
4. The bidder and legal representative have no criminal record of bribery in the past three years;
5. This project does not accept consortium bidding.
VI. Bidding Instructions:
The bidder shall provide the following relevant documents at the time of bidding, and if it is not provided or incomplete, it will be treated as an invalid bid:
1. Original business license and copy of tax registration certificate;
2. A copy of on-site renderings plan;
3. One specific quotation;
4. List the previous 2 successful case units and attach contracts.

This bid adopts a one-time quotation (issuing VAT invoice), and the price settlement of this project is one-time.
8. Bid Bond

2. The units participating in the bidding shall pay the deposit to the company's financial department before submitting (or mailing) the bidding documents, and the bidding deposit of the unsuccessful unit shall be returned in full without interest afterwards. The winning bidder shall return the deposit in full and interest-free after the end of the contract performance.
IX. Bidding Method:
The bidder shall seal the tender and related documents to the General Affairs Department on the 2018rd floor of Nantong Yangzi Carbon Co., Ltd. before 11 o'clock on November 5, 3, and will refuse to accept it if it is delivered within the time limit or not sealed.
10. Evaluation and Determination of Bids:
The evaluation and determination of bids shall be conducted by the bidding unit in conjunction with the relevant departments, and the bidding unit shall not be obliged to explain to the unsuccessful unit the reasons for not winning the bid, and the bidding materials shall not be returned.

The project organizes on-site survey, and the bidding unit shall send relevant personnel to participate. Subject to the actual operation and design and layout requirements of the project, the bidding unit is requested to carefully investigate the design scenarios and layout requirements of the project according to the bidding documents, fully understand the layout site, site conditions, service requirements and standards of the purchaser, and fully estimate the requirements of the project services, and propose specific, feasible and targeted bidding plans accordingly.
