(hereinafter referred to as the tenderer) is currently the largest manufacturer of ultra-high power graphite electrodes in China and a high-tech enterprise of the National Torch Plan. With a registered capital of 3 million yuan, it is located at No. 2, Tangzha West Street, Nantong City. At present, the company has more than 208 employees, the company has a number of scientific research achievements, annual sales of hundreds of millions of yuan. 5. Technical and quality requirements:
(1) The side panel of the packaging box is made of high-quality wood, the thickness of the wooden board is required to be ≥ 7.1cm, and the side panel is reinforced with four wooden strips, and the thickness of the wooden strip is required to be ≥ 9.<>cm. 2. Tendering Rules
1. Follow the principles of openness, fairness, impartiality, honesty and trustworthiness;

2. Other requirements
(1) The bidding quotation requirement is the tax price of Nantong Yangzi Carbon (including freight, packaging fee and all other costs);
(2) If a quality objection occurs during the normal use period, the supplier shall go to the site to deal with and solve it together accompanied by the relevant personnel of the procurement department of the bidding party, and the supplier of the problem product must bear economic compensation;
(3) If the successful bidder has the right to terminate the contract with the winning bidder if the product quality does not meet the technical indicators or use requirements of the tendering party after signing the contract with the tendering party.
3. Related matters
(1) The bidders must make the tender documents carefully, truthfully and responsibly in strict accordance with the content and requirements of the bidding documents. The content of the tender document shall be clear, accurate and complete. The tender shall be delivered to the tendering party in the form of a text seal and shall be stamped with a seam seal on the seal. If the expression is not clear, incomplete, or the seal is not standardized, the tender will be invalidated;
(2) This bidding does not accept telephone, oral and other forms of bidding, and units that have not paid the bid deposit in full shall not participate in bidding;
