1. Name of the bidding project

Nantong Yangtze Carbon Co., Ltd. and Nantong Jiangdong Carbon Co., Ltd. outsourced processing of one-way and round-trip transportation bidding for highways.

II. Bidding Instructions:

Mode of transport: road transport

Shipping time: May 2019, 5 ~ April 1, 2020

Transportation routes: one-way and round-trip transportation between Henan (Dengfeng, Gongyi, Xingyang, Xinmi, Xuchang, Pingdingshan, Luoyang, Weichuan), Hebei Hengshui, Shanxi (Datong, Jiexiu), Inner Mongolia (Fengzhen, Jining), Jiangsu (Xuzhou, Dongtai, Nantong), and other places.

Transportation object: graphite electrode

Capacity: about 10,<> tons/year

Vehicle requirements:

1. Six-bridge low-bar, high-bar (detachable) trucks.

2. According to the actual demand, there are complete vehicle installation, and there are also carpool installations.

3. To facilitate the safety of electrode loading and unloading, you need to prepare your own anti-collapse pads, pads, fastening ropes, rainproof sunscreen tarpaulins and other necessary safety protective equipment.

3. Bidding Eligibility Requirements

1. The bidder must be an enterprise (company) with independent legal personality;

2. Have various conditions for engaging in road transportation nationwide;

3. This bidding does not accept joint bidding by multiple units.

4. Bid bond and contract performance bond

1. Bid deposit: 30,<> yuan;

2. Transportation units that have financial dealings with our company need to issue a letter of commitment to agree to transfer from transportation receivables before receiving the bidding documents;

3. The newly participating transportation unit shall pay the bid deposit to the company's financial department before receiving the bidding documents, and the unit that has not won the bid will be refunded afterwards.

4. When the winning transport unit signs the contract, its bid deposit is converted into a contract performance bond, and the contract performance bond is increased to 30,50-<>,<> yuan according to the respective winning route and volume.

5. Bidding method

Bids and related documents are sealed in a file bag and stamped in the sealed place and delivered in person before the deadline for bidding.

6. Other matters

When receiving the tender, bidders should bring the "Company Business License", "Road Transport Business License", a copy of the ID card of the legal person or the ID card of the authorized agent of the legal person, a copy of the relevant transportation qualification certificate and the company profile, and the copy must be stamped.
