Nantong Yangzi Carbon Co., Ltd. has tar residue and waste chemical reagent disposal. In accordance with the special provisions on the prevention and control of environmental pollution by hazardous waste in the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste, the company has decided to implement competitive bidding and hereby issues the following notice on relevant matters. Qualified units are welcome to bid.
1. Hazardous waste situation:
1. Tar residue: HW11 (900-013-11), with an annual production capacity of about 8 tons.
2. Scrapped chemical reagents: HW49 (900-999-49), about 1 ton (including packaging), disposable disposal.
II. Bidding Requirements:
1. The bidding unit must have a hazardous waste operation license and be valid before December 2019.
2. The bidding unit must have the qualifications and ability to dispose of and utilize HW11 and HW49.
3. The bidding unit implements a one-time quotation (yuan/ton).
III. Bidding Time:
1. From May 5, register, view the goods, and receive the bidding documents.
2. Bidding deadline: At 2019 a.m. on May 5, 31, the bidding unit shall bring a copy of the enterprise business license, hazardous waste business license, quotation and deposit with official seal when bidding, seal the tender letter, and affix the seal, and pay the bidding deposit of <>,<> yuan at the company's accounting office.
3. Tenders will open at 5 a.m. on May 31. After the bid is opened, the unsuccessful unit will refund the deposit, and the winning unit will settle according to the actual disposal volume during the disposal process. The bid deposit was refunded at the end of December 2019.
IV. Specific requirements:
The tar residue is packed in iron drum (175kg/piece), and the waste chemical reagents are packaged in glass bottles (500g/bottle, 500ml/bottle, 5000ml/bottle). As a harmless disposal unit, the winning unit is responsible for the loading and unloading, transportation and harmless disposal of hazardous waste according to the requirements of the regulations, and bears the legal responsibility for violating environmental protection laws and regulations.
