II. Bidding Requirements:

1. The bidding documents shall provide photocopies of relevant enterprise qualification certificates such as "Enterprise Legal Person Business License", organization code certificate, tax registration certificate or new certificate after the integration of three certificates and the introduction of the quotation unit (which should include the main products, production and operation status, performance, credit), the power of attorney of the legal representative of the enterprise or the power of attorney, and the official seal of the legal entity.

2. The quotation of the above products should include all costs such as the price of the product itself, transportation costs and taxes.

3. Delivery method: Our employees go to the winning unit to pick up the goods with their original ID cards.

4. The bidding documents shall indicate the product name, brand, specification, price, and source organization cycle. Suppliers must not supply goods that are shoddy or that have a long backlog or an expiry date.

5. The name of the offeror, contact number, quotation time and price validity period shall be indicated in the bidding documents, and the price validity period shall not be shorter than 30 days.

6. All bidding documents shall be subject to computer printing; After affixing the unit seal, seal and stamp the riding sewing seal; At the same time, the following logo should be marked outside the sealing layer: "Nantong Yangzi Carbon Co., Ltd. lunch subsidy balance part procurement quotation document".
