Nantong Yangtze Carbon Co., Ltd. is located at No. 208, Xishi Street, Gangzha District, Nantong City, covering an area of about 20000,591 square meters and has 4 employees, including <> full-time safety and environmental protection management personnel.
At present, the company's business scope includes the manufacturing, sales and related product research and development of graphite products, new carbon materials and related products, technical services, etc. The company's main products are ultra-high power graphite electrodes for steelmaking, with specifications from φ350mm to φ700mm, and a production capacity of 4,9000 tons/year. The company pays attention to product quality management and has passed the certification of ISO<> standard. The products have won the high-tech product certification of Jiangsu Province and the Golden Bull Award of Excellent Product of Jiangsu Province.
Due to the good product quality, the products have been applied in many large steel mills in China, and some products are exported.
Nantong Yangtze Carbon Co., Ltd. now has an ultra-high power graphite electrode engineering technology research center in Jiangsu Province. The company introduces advanced production management mode, establishes a standardized scientific research management supervision system and quality assurance system.

The company's exhaust gas mainly comes from industrial dust generated during the production process of the pressing workshop and the machining workshop. 3. Types and emissions of solid waste
The company's solid waste is mainly for employees' household garbage, waste packaging wood, waste ton bagging, waste packaging iron sheet, waste waste generated by sanitation, waste hydraulic oil generated by equipment failure, etc. Among them, general industrial solid waste is sold to other units for comprehensive utilization; The waste hydraulic oil is comprehensively utilized by Nantong Zhairui Oil Products Co., Ltd.
4. Noise situation at the factory boundary
The company's noise is mainly composed of all kinds of fans, driving noise. The noise source is far from the factory boundary, according to the monitoring of Nantong Chemical Environment Monitoring Station Co., Ltd., the noise of the factory boundary is < 60dB during the day, (the north, west and east sides of the company do not produce at night), and the test results meet the limit requirements of GB12348‐90 Class III (north, west and east of the factory boundary) and Class IV (south side) standards.
