II. Bidding Requirements:

1. This bidding requires a total of 150 round cloth bag cages, and the diameter size of the bag cage is φ115*2085MM (diameter * length) (attached: flower board hole size: φ131*7MM (diameter * thickness));

2. The material of the bag cage is 20# steel; THE DIAMETER OF THE VERTICAL RIBS OF THE BAG CAGE IS Φ4MM, AND A TOTAL OF 10 PIECES ARE EVENLY DISTRIBUTED; THE DIAMETER OF THE TRANSVERSE RIBS IS Φ4MM, AND THE SPACING BETWEEN THE TRANSVERSE RIBS IS NOT MORE THAN 160MM; THE THICKNESS OF THE BAG HEAD COVER AND BOTTOM COVER IS NOT LESS THAN 1.2MM;

3. After bag cage welding, it is necessary to pickle and remove rust and then spray or galvanize the surface, and the spraying thickness should be uniform, about 60-100μM;

4. The rest of the technical requirements meet national standards.
