According to the company's arrangement, it is planned to transform the machining channel factory and other sporadic projects such as rainproof rectification of the house surface.

1. Machining channel B line plant south finished B line warehouse north middle roof (horizontal area 6*16=96m2): remove the original asbestos tile or FRP tile roof and steel truss, retain the original parallel chord, install 160*65*25*2.0C steel, 0.5mm single-layer color steel plate, and insert three 2.5mm thick sunlight panels in the middle to enhance lighting. The roof top is made and installed with galvanized sheet eaves gutter (the specification and size are the same as the original, the thickness of the galvanized sheet is not less than 3mm, the length is about 16m, including support reinforcement), and two φ150PVC downspouts (each about 10m) are installed at both ends of the eaves gutter, which are connected to the ground sewers.

2. The roof on the west side of the finished B line warehouse of the machined channel (horizontal area 4*20=80m2): remove the original asbestos tile or FRP tile roof and steel truss, retain the original parallel chord, and install 160*65*25*2.0C steel and 2.5mm solar panel. The bottom of the roof is made and installed with galvanized sheet eaves gutter (the specification and size are the same as the original, the thickness of the galvanized sheet is not less than 3mm, the length is about 16m, including support reinforcement), and two φ150PVC downspouts (each about 6m) are installed at both ends of the eaves gutter, which are connected to the ground sewer.

3. Machining the east passage of line A to the finished line A warehouse: dismantle the original FRP tile roof and wall (about 5.2*5=26m2) to retain the original light steel structure, install 2.5mm thick sunshine tile on the original truss, set the pressure strip on the periphery, remove the original eaves gutter, make and install the galvanized plate eaves gutter (the specification and size are consistent with the original, the thickness of the galvanized sheet is not less than 3mm, the length is about 5.2m, including bracket reinforcement), install a φ110PVC downspout pipe (about 3m), and connect it to the outdoor floor.

4. Mixing pot to 3500T hydraulic press workshop paste conveying channel: remove the original asbestos tile roof, retain the original roof truss and trusses, and install a 2.5 thick sunshine tile roof. The periphery is equipped with pressing strips (horizontal area about 13*6=78m2), and all roof trusses and trusses are derusted and painted. The wall cavity is closed with a solar panel, and the area is about (3.2*3+2*0.5*3=12.6m2), including the skeleton.

5. Machining B line roof tile catching (machining B channel and east and west extension one span, horizontal area of about 24*12), including eaves gutter cleaning, replacing damaged tiles, finishing the roof.

6. The door hole facing east on the second floor of the vacuum suction department of the machining channel is closed to ensure that no rain leaks into the machining channel.

7. Machine repair cold work class roofing: color steel plate roof glue veneer maintenance within the scope specified by the owner (if the color steel plate is damaged, the veneer is used for maintenance, if the tile nail leaks rain, the glue is repaired, the horizontal area is about 6*4*6=144m2)

8. The quantity and specific status of the project shall be determined by the owner according to the site situation.

9. The construction party guarantees that all the remodeled roofs have a three-year warranty of no rain leakage for three years (all sunshine tile roofs are guaranteed for five years, and no rain leakage is guaranteed for five years), and is responsible for free maintenance during the warranty period

10. In addition to the construction waste under demolition, the scrap steel is transported to the waste yard.

III. Bidding Eligibility Requirements:
