2. The existing condition of the equipment: the bidder will go to the site to inspect it and determine the bidding price by itself. At present, the registration information of the equipment is incomplete, there is no road license, and the registration information cannot be provided. The status of bidding equipment is subject to on-site inspection;

3. The winning bidder shall pick up the goods at the door-to-door in this auction, and shall not be disassembled at the site of the bidding party, and all transportation, loading and unloading, and labor costs shall be borne by the winning bidder;

4. The winning bidder shall bear full responsibility for the loss, shortage, deterioration, damage or damage to personnel and property, third-party claims, etc. caused by the loss, shortage, deterioration, damage or third-party claims caused by the successful bidder during transportation, loading and unloading.
