1. Change the top and bottom transmission mechanism and intermediate transmission mode of the company's current crushing hoist, change from belt conveyor to chain transmission, remove a section in the middle of the current hoist, raise the transmission mechanism under the pit to a height of about 2 meters below the ground, chisel and transform on the ground, press the prefabricated plate for easy maintenance (the prefabricated board is made of 6mm tread plate and 50*50 angle iron), the lower pit does not use space with steel plate as an impermeable box, and the impermeable box and the in-situ pit wall are filled with concrete to ensure no water penetration, All modifications must meet the national standard technical requirements of chain conveyor hoists.

2. Outside the south gate of the hoist, according to the user's requirements, make the color steel tile canopy (160C steel and 0.5mm thick color steel tile for the roof of the canopy, seamless steel pipe with a diameter of 133 for the bracket, the specific size is specified by the user's site).

3. A new hopper is made at the feeding of the hoist (made according to the drawings of the bidding party, the thickness of the steel plate used in the hopper is 5mm, and the bracket is made of No. 16 channel steel), a manual insert plate valve is placed under the hopper, and the hopper and the hoist feed port convey materials through the electromagnetic vibration feeder (the electromagnetic vibration feeder is GZF3 type, and the specific length is selected according to the production site).

4. Above the hopper, the construction party designs and installs a 2t low headroom car, the height of the driving hook from the ground shall not be less than 2.9m, and if the pipeline in use on the site during the driving installation process affects the installation and operation of the vehicle, the construction party will reroute the pipeline to meet the installation and use of driving. The driving vehicle meets the national standard of single girder low headroom driving and has passed the acceptance of qualified units.

5. From the 4R Raymond machine dust removal pipe to the elevator feed (seamless steel pipe with a diameter of 133 dust pipe), absorb the dust in the feeding process.

6. Remove the unused pipes and equipment around the ground floor elevator (specified by the on-site user)

7. According to the site situation, the discharge port of the raw material silo on the third floor is connected with the crushed electronic scale, and a manual gate valve is installed in the middle, and a pneumatic gate valve is installed to control the opening and closing of the discharge of the raw material silo.

8. According to the drawings provided by the bidding party to make two electronic scales, each electronic weighing bucket weighing capacity is not less than 1000kg, each electronic scale is equipped with 1t sensors (Meite-Tolito brand) three, the bottom door of the scale discharge with pneumatic gate valve, the specific structure of the electronic scale refers to the third floor of the batching scale (the thickness of the steel plate for the production of the electronic scale is 5mm, and the electronic scale bracket is 100 square tubes).

9. After the completion of the transformation project, all waste scraps are sent to the company's scrap iron yard, and all construction waste is cleaned and transported out of the factory and disposed of according to regulations.

10. (Optional construction) above the original crushing silo on the fourth to fifth floors according to the existing space on the fifth floor to make two new special-shaped silos, the added silo A system requires that 15t of raw crushed material can be stored, and system B requires that 10t of raw crushed material can be stored (raw crushed body density is calculated according to 0.9t/m3), the wall thickness of the special-shaped silo is made of 6mm steel plate, the top surface is made of 12mm thick steel plate, and observation holes are installed (after the raw material silo is heightened, the construction party invites qualified design units to issue drawings to reinforce these two special-shaped silos, and transfer the load to the original structural beam of the plant to ensure safe use). Dismantle the equipment that is not used at the site and that has an impact on the production process of the special-shaped silo, and the special-shaped silo is connected to the original crushed silo by opening holes in the floor of the original raw silo. At the discharge of the hoist on the seventh floor, according to the site situation, the discharge pipe is made and connected with two heightened crushed special-shaped silos to ensure that the raw crushed materials can be discharged to the raw material silo of the A and B systems.

11. This auction is divided into two pieces from the above work content, 1~9 items are quoted for the total price, and the tenth item is quoted separately.
