Nantong Yangzi Carbon Co., Ltd. conducts public bidding for occupational health monitoring and environmental monitoring on the job site. The following notice is issued on relevant matters. Units with monitoring qualifications are welcome to come to bid. 1. Specific matters: 1. Occupational health monitoring items on the job site: 11 dust spots and 11 noise spots; the monitoring cycle is once a year. 2. Environmental monitoring items: (1) Waste water, a total of three discharge outlets, each with 6 items (ammonia nitrogen, petroleum, chemical oxygen demand, volatile phenol, PH, suspended solids); the monitoring cycle is once a quarter. (2) Noise: Noise at the factory boundary; the monitoring cycle is once a year

I. Specific matters:

1. Occupational health monitoring items at the work site: 11 dust points and 11 noise points; The monitoring cycle is once a year.

2. Environmental monitoring projects:

(1) Wastewater, a total of three outlets, each outlet 6 items (ammonia nitrogen, petroleum, chemical oxygen demand, volatile phenol, PH, suspended solids); The monitoring cycle is quarterly.

(2) Noise: plant boundary noise; The monitoring cycle is once a year.

(3) Atmospheric monitoring: a total of 5 industrial dust emission ports; The monitoring cycle is once a year.

3. An effective report will be issued within one week after monitoring.

III. Specific requirements:

1. Consolidated quotation of the above monitoring items (including tax price).

2. Telephone quotation or written quotation can be used before 2 o'clock on February 15.
