I. Project Overview:
1. Demolition part:
A. Removal of the cold water tower pool of the rotary kiln. Remove the floor where the watering pond is located. The west side of the pool and the blackboard wall are refreshed.
B. Removal of the east lounge of the 25th hydraulic press. Pour floors and renovate walls.
C. Demolition of three lounges of machined morning light.
All construction waste dismantled above shall be transported by the contractor outside the factory for disposal. (Scrap to the company's scrap yard)
2. Laying drainage pipes in the third and fifth plant buildings. (Including floor grooving, pipe laying, and floor replenishment) (The drainage pipe adopts Ф80 galvanized steel pipe).
3. Two door openings on the south side of the clinker silo of the rotary kiln. (masonry, powder)
4. Repair door hole on the southeast side of the old and medium crush (masonry, powder)
5. Rectification of the west gable wall of the infirmary: the original stucco layer is removed, the cement mortar stucco layer is newly made, and the exterior wall is sprayed.
6. Iron door production, installation and painting. Iron door installation location: west side door of machining B line, southwest door of machining C line, fan room door of D line; The main work is to dismantle the old door and make and install the painted iron door; Iron door requirements: square steel door frame, internal reinforcement support square steel, blue color steel plate as panel, iron door open. The specific workload shall be investigated by the bidders on site.
7. The quantity of work shall be measured by each bidding unit on site according to the requirements of the contracting party, and if there are any incomplete matters, contact the contracting party before bidding.

2. Qualification requirements for bidding units
The construction units participating in the bidding must have independent legal personality and civil engineering and above (including level 3) construction qualifications.
3. Project quotation
This project adopts one-time quotation, itemized quotation and summary quotation, and this price is settled after the completion of the project. The quotation must contain the bill of quantities, the project budget, and the final quotation.
4. Project Period

5. Project quality
The quality of this project shall be qualified against the construction acceptance and other relevant acceptance standards. The warranty period is three years.
6. Payment for the project
