I. Project Overview
1. The name and area of the building where the waterproofing membrane is made
(1): The roof of the ninth floor is crushed, with an area of about 300M2.

3. Project quotation
The membrane waterproofing of this project adopts a one-time unit price, and the actual area is settled after the completion of the project. The remaining projects are quoted as sub-prices and total prices, which are settled after the completion of the project

The duration of this project is 30 days
5. Project quality
The quality of this project reaches excellent, and the warranty period is '5 years.
6. Payment for the project
After the completion and acceptance of the project, the construction unit needs to deduct 10% of the quality deposit and return it after one year, and the rest shall be settled according to the relevant regulations of the company.
7. Bidding matters
