I. Project Overview:
1. Packaging material library roof.
Request:
A. Demolition of the original roof red tile and wooden base layer.
B. USE THE ORIGINAL ROOF TRIANGLE PURLIN, INSTALL 160C SECTION STEEL OR 50*50 SQUARE STEEL, AND INSTALL 0.5MM THICK ROYAL BLUE COLOR STEEL PLATE.
C. The front and rear walls are repaired and the mountain is closed.
D. On-site measurement of engineering quantities.
E. Construction waste is shipped out of the factory.
5. The quantity of work shall be measured by each bidding unit on site according to the requirements of the contracting party, and if there are any incomplete matters, contact the contracting party before bidding.
6. The project is contracted for materials.
2. Qualification requirements for bidding units
The construction units participating in the bidding must have independent legal personality and civil engineering and above (including level 3) construction qualifications.
3. Project quotation
This project adopts a one-time quotation (each individual item is quoted separately), and this price is settled after the completion of the project. The quotation must contain the bill of quantities, the project budget, and the final quotation.
4. Project Period
Construction period: 20 days
5. Project quality
The quality of this project shall be qualified against the construction acceptance and other relevant acceptance standards. The warranty period is three years.
6. Payment for the project
After the completion and acceptance of the project, it will be settled according to the relevant regulations of the company.
7. Bidding matters
